Quarter, Half or Whole Beef
We offer slots for Quarter, Half and Whole beef each month. We charge $4.50/lb hanging weight for these wholesale opportunities. Additionally, our butcher charges a processing fee of about $0.75/lb hanging weight. A quarter is typically around 150 lbs, a half is around 300 lbs, and a whole beef is around 600 lbs of meat. We require a $150 deposit. After a deposit is placed, we will work you into our schedule and put you in contact with our butcher, who walks you through how you would like your beef cut (number and type of steaks, roasts, etc.).
